The Sonora Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating Derrick Lucio Franco. He is a 26 year-old, white male with brown hair and brown eyes. Franco is 5'6" tall and weighs 197 pounds. Franco is a parolee at large and he has outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. He also has a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
