The Sonora Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating James Shawn Steeley. He is a 35 year old, white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. Steeley is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 164 pounds. Steeley has a felony warrant for his arrest for a violation of his parole. He is on parole for possession of methamphetamine and petty theft with priors. Steeley also has a misdemeanor warrant for obstructing a peace officer.
