At approx. 3:30 am, on the 700 block of S. Barretta St., a resident heard voices/noises inside his residence. As he was looking around the inside of his residence, he located a male subject hiding inside a closet. When the resident confronted the subject, the subject brandished a knife at the home owner and ran out of the residence. Several items had also been removed from this residence. While an officer was taking this report, another officer located Fallo and a 17 year old juvenile a few blocks away from the recent burglary. Fallo was carrying a box, which contained several items taken during the current burglary. The juvenile, who is on probation for theft related incidents, was also in possession of property taken during the most recent burglary.

Both subjects were taken into custody. Fallo was transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked for felony burglary and felony possession of stolen property.
