Date and Time of Incident: 24 July 2010, at approx. 0908 hours

Subject: Burrito Supreme Assault

24 July 2010, at approx. 0908 hours, a Wal-Mart employee called the Sonora Police Department and reported that there was someone in the area of Taco Bell that was acting strange and harassing store customers.

An officer from the Sonora Police Department arrived at the store and made contact with the subject who was identified as Destiny McMullen, 24, of Sonora. While the officer was talking with McMullen, she became upset and threw her Burrito Supreme at him, striking him in the chest. McMullen then attempted to spit on the officer. A short physical confrontation issued and McMullen was taken into custody.

McMullen was transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked for;

• Misdemeanor assault on a peace officer
• Misdemeanor obstructing a police officer
