20 Aug. 2010, at approx. 8:41 pm, officers from the Sonora Police Department responded to the area, in front of an apartment building located on the 300 block of S. Barretta St., regarding a report of subjects possibly selling narcotics.

While in the area, the officers contacted Tamara Cline, 33: And Hubbard Wilson Jr., 37, both of Sonora. While the officers were speaking with Cline and Wilson, it was determined that they were both under the influence of a controlled substance.
