Recently, Officer Ma was photographed while assisting two motorists change a flat tire on their vehicle.

Officer Ma had responded to a call of a distraught/stranded motorist in the parking lot of a convenience store. When he arrived, he learned the motorist’s husband recently had surgery and was unable to change the flat tire on their vehicle.

They attempted to have their insurance company send a tow truck to assist them, but were unsuccessful, so they were left with trying to change the flat tire on their own. When they attempted to change tire, they learned they had the wrong tire iron to remove the lug nuts.

After discovering this, Officer Ma drove to his residence, where he retrieved the right size tire iron needed for the job. He then returned and changed the flat tire for the motorists and got them back on the road.
