On October 4, 2018, Officers’ were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Mono Way. A victim was contacted and said her boyfriend, Anthony Crudo (age 27 of Sonora), had been drinking and yelling at her. Crudo threatened to kill the victim. The victim used a neighbor’s phone to call for help. When another neighbor told Crudo they were calling the police, Crudo left the area, but said he would be back while making a hand movement consistent with racking a pistol. Crudo tried to hide from a responding Officer, but was quickly detained. Crudo was later booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for making criminal threats.
