Domestic Battery Arrest

On Sunday, July 30th, at approximately 12:13 a.m., Sonora Police Officers responded to a residence on Sanguinetti Road for a domestic assault.  When officers arrived, they met with an adult male assault victim who had minor injuries to his lip. Officers learned that during an argument, 29-year-old Amber Sullivant of Sonora had struck her boyfriend in the face following an argument. Sullivant was arrested and transported to the Tuolumne County Jail where she was booked for felony domestic battery, causing injury. Sullivant is still being held on $35,000 bail.
