Subject: Drug Sales Arrest

8 October 2015, at approx. 11:32 am, an officer patrolling the area of the Skate Park and Kid’s Kingdom Park, located at 450 Greenley Road, observed a male subject exit the men’s restroom and walk away very quickly.

The officer exited his vehicle and entered the men’s restroom, where he noticed another male subject, who became very nervous when he observed the officer. The officer identified the subject as Robert Bunce, 25 of Jamestown. Bunce is on felony probation for carrying a concealed weapon.

The officer had Bunce exited the restroom. Once outside, the officer conducted a search of Bunce’s person, pursuant to his probation status. The officer located 13.3 grams of methamphetamine, and four prescription pills, which he didn’t have a prescription for. A search of Bunce’s backpack revealed 33.6 grams of marijuana, and a set of digital scales.

Bunce was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale, felony possession of marijuana for sale, felony possession of a narcotic for sale, and felony violation of probation.
