Felony Warrant, Drug Possession and Violation of Felony Probation

On September 5th, 2019, 33-year-old Roy Allan Chandler, Jr was arrested for outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants, possession of methamphetamine and violation of felony probation.
Over the past several days, Chandler had leg-bailed from officers on two separate occasions in an attempt to evade capture for his felony warrant. Early this morning, officers located Chandler near the 700 block of West Stockton Road. During the arrest and search of Chandler, officers located a bag of methamphetamine.
Chandler booked at the County Jail on his no-bail felony warrant for weapons charges as well as fresh charges related to drug possession and violating the terms of his probation.
