Missing Person-Possibly At Risk

5 November 2014, Haley Michelle Merz was involved in a verbal dispute with her mother. Haley was last seen running away from her residence, located on the 100 block of Columbia Way, into a wooded area on the north side of the roadway.

Haley is a white female adult, 21 years of age, 5-6”, 120, slender build, with long brown hair to the middle of her back, with green eyes. She has a colored (red & black) tattoo of three hearts on the inside of her right ankle, and scars on both wrists. Haley was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a Navy blue “hoodie” sweatshirt, and brown Ugg boots.

Haley is possibly at risk, as she has a mental disorder and has not been taking her medication, according to her mother. Haley does not speak with strangers and functions at a 14 year old level. The attached photographs were taken just before Haley ran away from her residence.
