Subject: New Officer

The Sonora Police Department would like to welcome our newest officer to the department. He comes to us from the mid west where he was born. After spending some time in a plastic factory, he joined the U.S. Army, where he was stationed at the U.S. Army Military Police Museum, located inside Fort Lenard Wood, Missouri.

After leaving the Army, Officer Andrew Matthews moved to Sonora, and joined the Sonora Police Department. He has spent extensive time training for his new position, as well as locating the perfect pair of sunglasses. Officer Matthews has completed the field training program for his new position. Recently, he was observed monitoring traffic on Morning Star Drive, as well as East Lyons Road, after receiving complaints of speeding vehicles in the area.

Please be kind to Officer Matthews, as he is shy and will probably not talk too much if you should try to strike up a conversation with him. We wish Officer Matthews the best in his new career with the Sonora Police Department.
