Possession of Metal Knuckles, Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia

On June 20th, officers arrested 39-year-old Michael W. Bryant III of Nashua, New Hampshire for possession of metal knuckles, possession of Heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and for having an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for drug charges.

Just before 11:30 p.m on June 20th, one of our officers spotted a 2001 Dodge pickup parked behind Pets Mart with the dome light on.  When the officer approached to investigate further, he encountered Bryant slumped over in the driver’s seat.  The officer contacted him and observed a hypodermic needle fall to the ground as Bryant stepped from the vehicle.  Bryant was quickly detained, and the officer conducted a thorough search of him and his vehicle.  As a result, the officer located a set of metal knuckles (a felony), Heroin, more than 20 syringes, glass methamphetamine pipes, and other drug paraphernalia.

Bryant was booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for felony and misdemeanor charges.
