Prowling and False Personation Arrest

On Sunday, July 14th, at around 10:00 p.m., our officers responded to the 500 block of S. Washington for a report of an alarm sounding.  When the officers arrived on scene, they located and detained two male subjects for suspicion of prowling.  One of the men, 28 year-old George F. Powell of Tulsa, Oaklahoma identified himself to officers as somebody else.  His true identity was later confirmed through fingerprinting, and he was also found to have felony warrants for his arrest for Lewd Acts with a Child under 16 years of age.  Powell was subsequently booked for his warrants, along with fresh charges for False Personation of Another and Prowling/Loitering on Private Property.  Later, Jail Deputies located methamphetamine on Powell’s person, and TCSO officials booked Powell on felony charges associated to that crime.

The other man, 29 year-old Anthony J. Razzari of Sonora, was found in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.  He was booked for possessing Drug Paraphernalia and Prowling/Loitering on Private Property.
