Date and Time of Incident: 29 June 09, at approx. 8:44 pm Subject: Drug Arrest


Price Ohare 29 June 09, at approx. 8:44 pm, two female subjects drove up to the emergency room of Sonora Regional Medical Center and dropped off another female subject who had overdosed on Morphine. It was learned that the subject had been at a residence on the 100 block of Truckenmiller, where she had been smoking Morphine with several other subjects. This subject was stabilized by emergency room staff and will recover. Officers responded to the residence and contacted the renter, Emajean Ohare, 38, and her son Ronald Price, 18. Ohare is on probation and a probation search was conducted on her residence. During the search some individually packages of methamphetamine was located, along with several smoking pipes, scales and a price list for drugs. A firearm was also located inside the residence and seized. Both Price and Ohare were taken into custody without incident. Both were transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked. The investigation into this matter is continuing.

  • Felony-Possession of methamphetamine
  • Felony-Possession of a scheduled narcotic (Morphine)
  • Felony-Furnishing a narcotic
  • Misd.- Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Misd.-Possession of illegal fireworks

Ohare was booked for;

  • Felony-Possession of methamphetamine
  • Felony-Possession of methamphetamine for sale
