Subject: Stolen Vehicle Arrest

22 September 2010, at approx. 9:47 pm, an officer from the Sonora Police Department stopped a 1989 Ford Crow Victorian for speeding on Greenly Rd. During the stop, the officer learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Clearlake California on 13 September.

Taken into custody without incident were; Enedina Dominguez, 24 of Clearlake; Eva Oakes, 43 of Clearlake; Rachelle Martin, 27 of Sonora. Also inside the vehicle were three children belonging to Oakes. One of those children was a four year old girl, who was unrestrained and crawling around on the floorboard of the vehicle. The other two children were a 14 year old boy and a 15 year old girl.

All three subjects denied knowledge that the vehicle was stolen, even though the passenger window had been broken out, the ignition to the vehicle had been drilled out and a screwdriver was being used to turn the car off and on. Dominguez was also listed in the Clearlake Police Department report as being a possible suspect in the theft of the vehicle.

Dominguez, Oakes and Martin were transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked. The three children were turned over to relatives.

Misdemeanor possession of narcotics paraphernalia
Misdemeanor possession of hypodermic needles

Felony possession of stolen property
