Suspicion of Transporting Drugs for Sale

On August 10th at approximately 9:30 pm, a white Lexus traveling southbound on Greenley Road was stopped for having expired registration. Upon contact with the driver, 47-year-old Tracie A. Glaze of Manteca, Officers could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and could see an opened container of marijuana on the vehicle floorboard. Further investigation revealed Glaze was in possession of methamphetamine and had several additional containers of marijuana in her trunk, along with sugar cubes suspected of being laced with narcotics, pills, a scale and a large number of loose bills.
Glaze was arrested for transportation of narcotics for sale and possession of marijuana for sale. Charges are also being sought against Glaze for possessing more than an ounce of marijuana and having an opened container in her vehicle. She was booked at the Tuolumne County Jail on $20,000 bail.
