Update – Stolen Vehicle

On March 13th, shortly after 1130 p.m., Officer Weber and one of our Community Service Police Volunteers were at the local Emergency Room on an unrelated incident when they spotted who they believed to be the female suspect in Sundays stolen vehicle case. After contacting her they were able to identify her as 31-year-old Tracy Lynn Shaw of Sonora. Additionally, officers located and identified 31-year-old Chad Vernon Pearson, also of Sonora. After further investigation, both were determined to be involved with the vehicle theft and both were arrested on related charges. The bail amount for each was set at $10,000.
